Great product but delayed communication

I received a good quality product and the staff I interacted with were very professional and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I ordered my item and waited 3 days for the notification but did not receive any. I called the store and was told that it was ready for pickup. Days after I collected the item I received the notification email that it was ready for pickup. A few days later I received my invoice. So I am asking that the communication aspect be reviewed.
